Forms Of Economic Attacks, Suppression, And Control That I Have Experienced
Not an exhaustive list because, well, I’m too exhausted to list it all
No COVID Relief
No payment of my contract or the return of my redacted credentials
No public assistance, or repeatedly cutting it off unjustly
No Social Security or SSI
No disability insurance, though it was proven the company ran a scam
No permanent housing assistance
No access to adequate medical care
Money repeatedly stolen from multiple bank accounts
No ability to sue when I experience crime
Forced to pay extraordinary amounts of child support and medical coverage when the other parent makes over six figures, his income never taken into account
Never receiving unemployment, or forced to pay it back when I did
Never receiving tax breaks, or assistance for taking care of aging, disabled parent
My medical expenses never being considered, even with receipts, for anything
Never receiving access class action lawsuits when I have been injured by abuse and neglect, even to the extent of disability
Never able to sue for anything
Never receiving justice for crimes committed, but suffering the economic consequences, there are many each year, but all go ignored by authority
Never being able to utilize insurance products that I have paid for
Never being able to invest when the opportunities came
Being forced to obey commands from Case Managers, Social Workers, Lawyers, Police, Judges, Handlers, and those in high places of authority who were either protecting abusers, or hiding their own abuse while violating my rights
Being denied services, housing, aid , support, and public assistance even in the most extreme cases of urgent need, disability, medical emergency, abuse, and loss due to criminal activity
Forced to pay for things at work that were required to perform my job duties, were legally required by law for the company to pay, yet being withheld from me
Refused child support
Accused of cheating child support when an abusive parent lies and forced to endured the economic consequences of penalties
Experiencing economic penalties by local, state, and federal agencies where personnel claimed I “failed to comply” and being ignored when I file appeals
Refused reimbursement of expenses covered by my job, and fit within my job description, was required to perform the job, but withheld due to unethical bosses illegally
Forced to triage my own medical care in extreme medical circumstances
First responders and hospital staff refusing to bill my insurance for medical emergencies, causing me to incur large bills and hits against credit
Student Loans still unforgiven though I am permanently, totally, and fully disabled from serving my country
Being denied EVERY SERVICE, SUPPORT, BENEFIT, AND REWARD for persons who have served this country
Being over charged for utilities, plumbing leaks, electrical problems, and other failures in housing that landlords are responsible for,
Hardship experienced due to attacks against us that go ignored
Forced to provide my own security when being stalked, harassed, and abused
Forced to clean up messes that neighbors create
Repeatedly harassed by local law enforcement and town personnel regarding “stickers” and “permits” incurring fees and fines even during COVID lockdown when the Governor put a stay on such matters
Forced to pay legal fees and court fines for being the victim of crimes, while the perpetrator gets off with no accountability or penalty
Forced to pay for multiple forms of childcare simultaneously because of “falling through cracks” or refused services by personnel
Inheritance stolen or redirected by abusers, repeatedly
Creations, writing, lyrics, poetry, songs, inventions, and intellectual property stolen for decades with no possible form or remedy outside the agencies that claim I don’t exist
Trafficked, genetic material stolen, forced to breed multiple times, children taken, and forced to work for “favors” while my income was stolen, abusers taking every single profit
Being denied food, entry to food pantries, services, or being referred to services that are impossible for me to access rather than ones that I qualify for and can access
Being paid less than co-workers while having more experience and training
Forced to use my own vehicles for work activities
Technology constantly being hacked and disabled or compromised without replacement or remedy, no one ever held accountable
Paying extremely high costs for insurance and utilities
Forced to live in places rather than being able to pick my own places to live, enduring the consequences of dilapidation, power lines causing illness, mold, plumbing leaks, high crime, and assaults from dangerous predators without support or justice
Having to be my own advocate at all times, refused legal representation due to the constant domination and control of abusers
Being denied medical care due to not being believed, dislike for my insurance, or not having insurance causing more severe disability and more time lost from work
Being refused medical care after car accidents
Being accused of insurance fraud for seeking medical care after car accidents, further labeling and stigmatizing me
Being accused of fraud for seeking compensation for damages and injuries after car accidents, further labeling and stigmatizing me
Forced to endure abuse, and racism in every space because there is no protection against it, further causing stress, poor health, missed work days, and eventual total disability
Being scammed and abused by insurance companies, businesses, and financial institutions with no consequence or return of money stolen
Repeatedly being harmed by government shutdowns and political attacks against my race, political party, and disability status, and other marginalized statuses within society
Having to pay large legal fees to protect myself and my children from attacks of abusers, who never experience accountability
Forced to work in dangerous, abusive, inappropriate positions
Being forced to live in dangerous conditions
Having to take time off from work to address racist and abusive behaviors from school staff in order to protect my children
Having to take time off from work to attempt to evade stalkers, rapists, controllers, and abusers
Having to leave homes, jobs, and property behind because of abusers
Being accused of being a criminal and committing crimes because of the reputation of slandering of abusers, being ostracized and losing support as a result
Being prevented from pursuing further education since mine remains redacted
Being prevented from stabilizing or enhancing my life in any way
Being accused of behaviors, conditions, and activities that I am not guilty of further destabilizing housing situations and community relationships
Enduring REPEATED forced isolations
Repeatedly having to start over and over and over and over and over
Being denied life saving support, aid, and services that would easily stabilize me and my family
Being denied birth control, access to abortions, or the ability to control when or with whom I get pregnant
Having to pay abusers because they claim they have been victimized by me in some way
Having to pay out of pocket for things that are legally required to be covered by landlords, contractors, companies, the county, state, or federal government
Having to spend hours fighting racist, violent, xenophobic attacks from the far right that are never held to any level of accountability
Using the little resources I have to help others because society has let other victims down in some way
Being blocked from accessing anything that could earn me my own money, when I manage to outmaneuver stalkers and hackers and gain access, my information is stolen, censored, hacked, or shadow banned
Being shadow banned, muted, censored, and blocked from ad revenue on websites, access to algorithms, even decentralized bitcoin sites
Constantly having to fight hackers though I have no tech background
Being kept from learning skills and gaining access to certain industries that would help me fight attackers, hackers, and injustice
Stigma
No one is ever held accountable. Even talking about these things draws the ire of people who are paid to ensure none of it happens and if it does that people are held accountable.
