No, you can't. Those in power who run both institutions are predatory, you are quickly eliminated if you aren't. Having been raised in D.C. politics by very predatory elite men in power, I am speaking from what they themselves taught and how I watched their fantasies unfold over almost 5 decades. NO ONE has made it without "selling out" or in other words, compromising human rights. NO ONE.
