If my tears mean nothing
To you
How could you mean anything
To me
If you are quick to leap to
Assumptions, abuse
Triggered
How can I believe you are trustworthy
If you join my enemy to target me
How could I ever believe a thing you say
I love
I live
But I Am rational
That’s why I’m still here
If you want in my energy
There can be no betrayal
No other women
No confusion about sexuality
No confusion about where loyalty is
No confusion about direction
I’m on my path
If you aren’t you’re not for me
